Rebuilding and Repair

We know down time on your machines can be expensive. That’s why we maintain a complete rebuilding facility and a crew of technicians specialized in the repair and rebuilding of presses, press brakes, shears, fabricating machines and conventional tool room machines. Plus, with our fleet of trucks and lift trucks capable of lifting up to 50,000 lbs., we can pick up your machine (or just the components that need repair) and bring them back to our facility for a thorough inspection and rework.

• repair or replace crankshafts, backshafts, keyways and keys
• repair or replace bull and pinion gears
• machine and scrape slides and gibs for presses
• repack hydraulic cylinders and repair hydraulic valves
• machine and scrape new bearings for crankshafts
• recondition vertical milling machine heads
• resurface press brake dies up to 14 ft. in length
